Alberto García Gomis is graduated in Commercial and Marketing Management at ESIC in Valencia. About his working experience, he counts with 15 years of accumulated experience as a real estate adviser in companies such as CB RICHARD ELLIS and KING STURG, where he has developed his career in the logistics and industrial departments, from where he gave national coverture, though having a wide specialization in Valencia’s Autonomous Community market.
He has featured in real estate transactions in companies such as RENAULT, CONWAY, LG ELECTRONICS, LUÍS SIMÕES, GE REAL ESTATE, CONSUM, GRUPO LOGÍSTICO SANTOS and DOCKS, where highlights the leasing of logistics warehouses of 27,500 sq m to CABOEL and the leasing of a logistics warehouse of 3,500 sq m to GENERAL ELECTRIC, both in Ribaroja, as well as the selling transaction of an industrial plot of 10,000 sq m to CV – GRUPO INDUSTRIAL in Cheste.
About the real estate advisory operations he has advised, not only he advised local companies of Valencia, he also has advised national companies among we can find REVA, PROMOCIONES NEDERVAL, MAS DEL OLI, CARREFOUR and CBRE GLOBAL INVESTORS.
With this new recruitment, Estrada & Partners will give full coverture in Spain, and will specially enforce their presence in Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona autonomous communities.
