ESTRADA & PARTNERS opted to increase its Industrial Logistics Department in Barcelona with hiring Óscar Ojea, who will develop his functions as a senior adviser.
Óscar Ojea is graduated in Law at University of Barcelona.
About his working experience, he has a total of 12 years of accumulated experience in the Industrial logistics department of companies such as GRUPO ROSSELL, SAVILLS and POLÍGONS DE BARCELONA. Among the main operations he has advised, we highlight 13,350 sq m leased to ANTALIS IBERIA, S.A. in Polinyà, 10,500 sq m leased to CESPA (Grupo Ferrovial) in Barcelona’s Zona Franca, and the transaction of 4,200 sq m logistics platform to MERCADONA for setting up a new supermarket in Montornès del Vallès.
