Estrada & Partners advises Axiare in leasing a logistics platform of 26.182 sq m to Kellogg in Valls (Tarragona)
The real estate consulting firm Estrada & Partners has advised Axiare in the leasing transaction of a logistics platform of 26,182 sq m to Kellogg, dedicated on producing and commercializing agro-food products.
It is a logistics warehouse with excellent corporate image and is fully equipped, with fire protection system –including Sprinklers and hydrants-, 36 loading and unloading docks, and 10 m. of clear height, parking and fully prepared offices, among other features.
It is located in the municipality of Valls, in Tarragona, 95 km at the South of Barcelona, in a landmark industrial estate, where important companies are established such as IKEA or Lear Automotive. In addition, it has excellent connections both by road (AP-2, AP-7, N-240) and by public transportation.
In the transaction also took part Cushman & Wakefield representing Kellogg.
KELLOGG is a multinational agro-food first line company dedicated to produce goods for breakfast, mainly cereals and biscuits. It is one of the leader companies worldwide in cereal for breakfast market. With its presence around the world, it operates in Spain since more than 35 years having its headquarters in Alcobendas (Madrid) and its factory in Valls (Tarragona), manufacturing its products in Spain since 1980.
