The real estate firm Estrada & Partners has advised the leasing transaction of a logistics platform of 10,559 sq m to the company Arcese España integrated and logistics operator.
It is a logistics platform of 10,559 sq m distributed in 4 different warehouses from 2,400 sq m.
Its main feature is the maximum capacity storage; also it has an anti-intrusion protection system, providing maximum security in the premises; as well as several equipped bays with dock levelers at different heights allowing the industrial activity, among other features.
